It's Fischl - Prinzessin der Verurteilung. While certainly a mouthful for the average English speaker, this mysterious girl rattles off her intro no problem - and you won't stop repeating it until you can too. Apparently exiled from Immernachtreich AKA Otherworld, Fischl has found herself helping out the Adventurers Guild as an investigator.

Wherever Fischl goes, her night raven familiar Oz is always on hand, ready to pitch in when a fight breaks out. The positively electric bird knows more about Fischl's circumstances than she herself is aware of, but they manage to focus on the fight at hand when it comes time to deal with the situation.
Fischl is a 4-star character available both in the standard banner and the character banner. She's a character that seldomly gets rate-ups from the character banner, but that's the highest chance you'd have in getting her.
Combat Details
Fischl is a hard-hitting Electro sub DPS character designed to stack the ATK stat and roll with it. Like other Bow users, she won't deal elemental damage with her rapid strikes, but can charge an Aimed Shot to do just that - and to a weak spot, no less.
Fischl's main role in the party is a sub DPS, which she accomplishes easily by just summoning her companion, Oz into the battlefield and switching out to the main DPS of the team.
Fischl's Talents and Skill Priorities
Fischl's Talents revolve around her companion, Oz, and managing his uptime is key to using her effectively. That being said, the skill priorities for Fischl would be:
- Elemental Skill
- Elemental Burst
- Normal Attack
Type | Name | Effect |
---|---|---|
Normal Attack | Bolts of Downfall | Normal Attack Performs up to 5 consecutive shots with a bow. Charged Attack Perform a more precise Aimed Shot with increased DMG. Plunging Attack Fires off a shower of arrows in mid-air before falling and striking the ground, dealing AoE DMG upon impact. |
Elemental Skill | Nightrider | Summons Oz, the night raven forged of darkness and lightning descends upon the land, dealingElectroDMG in a small AoE. For the ability's duration, Oz will continuously attack nearby enemies with Freikugel. Hold to adjust the location Oz will be summoned to. |
Elemental Burst | Midnight Phantasmagoria | Summons Oz to spread his twin swings of twilight and defend Fischl. Has the following properties during the ability's duration:
|
First Ascension Passive | Stellar Predator | When Fischl hits Oz with a fully-charged Aimed Shot, Oz brings down Thundering Retribution, dealing AoEElectroDMG equal to 152.7% of the arrow's DMG. |
Fourth Ascension Passive | Undone by Thy Sinful Hex | If a character triggers an Electro-related Elemental Reaction when Oz is on the field, the enemy shall be stricken with Thundering Retribution, dealingElectroDMG equal to 80% of Fischl's ATK. |
Passive Talent | Mine Hausgarten | When dispatched on an expedition in Mondstadt, time consumed is reduced by 25%. |
Fischl's Constellations

Fischl's constellations are all really good, but the most notable ones are C1, C2, C4, and C6. Especially C6, this is what turns Fischl into a top-tier electro sub DPS.
Constellation Name | In-Game Description |
---|---|
Gaze of the Deep (C1) | Even while not on the field, Oz deals 22% ATK DMG every time Fischl hits atarget. |
Devourer of All Sins (C2) | Nightrider deals an additional 200% of Fischl's ATK as DMG and has 50% increased AoE range. |
Wings of Nightmare (C3) | Increases the Level of Nightrider by 3. |
Her Pilgrimage of Bleak (C4) | When Midnight Phantasmagoria is used, it deals 222%of Fischl's ATK as Electro DMG to surrounding enemies. When it ends, she regenerates 20% of her Max HP. |
Against the Fleeting Light (C5) | Increases the Level of Midnight Phantasmagoria by 3. |
Evernight Raven (C6) | Increases the duration of Oz's summoning by 2s and allows him to deal 30% of Fischl's ATK as Electro DMG each time the current character attacks. |
Fischl is a sub DPS character capable of consistently applying the electro element to enemies. She also deals a lot of damage which really propels her to one of the best sub dps characters available in Genshin Impact.
